If you believe that the Debt, for which we have started collection actions, does not exist, the amount is incorrect, or there are other reasons to consider our actions as improper or unjustified, you can submit a dispute using the form below.

• Why is GLRD contacting me regarding my debts?

GLRD has entered into an agreement with your Creditor to carry out debt collection actions for your company’s debts. The actions will be carried out in accordance with all activities permitted by Portuguese law. Our contact with your company is a result of these actions.

• Is it possible to arrange an installment plan for the debt repayment?

Of course, we accept all forms of debt repayment. However, each case is different, and much depends on your Creditor, who has given us precise instructions on how to proceed. If you wish to settle the debt in installments, please contact us and we will arrange all conditions in consultation with your Creditor.
